NOTICE OF MEETING BY VIDEO CONFERENCE
The Board of Education of Chambers Public Schools will have a joint meeting with the board of Wheeler Central Public Schools at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, April 14, 2020, by video conference due to current statewide restrictions related to COVID-19. Public and media access to the video conference is available by clicking on the link that will be posted on the district’s website at www.chamberspublic.org. This link will take you to a live stream via ZOOM. All public comment at this meeting must be submitted in advance in writing to Superintendent Frank Jesse (frankjesse@esu8.org) or Superintendent Rod Olson (rodney.olson@wbroncs.org) and will be distributed to the Board of Education when received. There will be no live public comment to keep the meeting brief as recommended by the Nebraska Attorney General.
As this board meeting will be held by video conference, and no quorum of the Board of Education will be physically present together, there will be no in-person attendance available to the public or the media. A copy of the agenda, kept continuously current, is available for public inspection upon request from Superintendent Frank Jesse (frankjesse@esu8.org or 402-482-5233) or from Superintendent Rod Olson (rodney.olson@wbrongcs.org or 308-654-3273. An electronic copy of the current agenda will be sent via email to any requesting party, or other arrangements will be made for any requesting party to view the current agenda if they do not have email access.
