Chambers Strength & Conditioning Coach Firley will be offering a Period 0 Strength & Conditioning time for students in grades 7-12. Each week the Chambers Fitness Center/Gym will be open from 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM for Strength/Speed/Agility Training. Students interested in this opportunity should contact Coach Firley. The students will have a program ready for them each week. The start date will be on Monday, October 24th. #GoCoyotes
