Chambers Strength & Conditioning
Coach Firley will be offering a Period 0 Strength & Conditioning time for students in grades 7-12. Each week the Chambers Fitness Center/Gym will be open from 6:30 AM - 7:15 AM for Strength/Speed/Agility Training.
Students interested in this opportunity should contact Coach Firley. The students will have a program ready for them each week.
The start date will be on Monday, October 24th.

The Lady Renegades battle but come up short against Burwell tonight.
The Lady Renegades will be back in action next Monday, October 17th at 6:15 PM to take on West Holt at Pope John in Elgin. This will be the first round of the NVC tournament.
