School Success Tip of the Day: Your child can measure her reaction time with this experiment. Dangle the zero end of a ruler between her thumb and index finger. Let go, and have her catch it. What number does she grab? The lower the number, the quicker her reaction time.

Chambers Public School was notified on October 27 that the district has received a food service waiver to provide free lunches to every student in grades K-12 for the remainder of the school year. Any positive balances in student lunch accounts will be carried over to the 2020-2021 school year. Extra milk and extra entrees will still be charged at the rate of sixty cents for milk and a dollar for an extra entrée. A big thank-you to Mrs. Waldo, Business Manager, for her efforts in the waiver application process!


School Success Tip of the Day: Strengthen your child’s speaking skills with an autobiography night. Family members take turns sharing positive memories from their pasts. Your youngster might talk about learning to ride his bike, and maybe you’ll share a memory about camping as a kid.
