NSAA activities are the other half of education. The 24 NSAA sanctioned sports and five activities would not be possible without the leadership and support of coaches across our NSAA member schools. The NSAA is seeking nominations for Champions for Coaches — a program designed to honor active coaches who go above and beyond for kids and the community. Students, administrators, parents/guardians, and community members are encouraged to nominate such coaches. Nominations will be accepted through Monday, January 27, 2025, and will be reviewed by an NSAA selection committee. One individual in each NSAA sanctioned activity will be honored at a reception on Friday, March 14, 2025, during the 6:00 PM Class A Boys State Basketball semifinal game at Pinnacle Bank Arena in Lincoln. The Champions for Coaches will also be recognized at halftime of the game. Chambers Public School is starting to plan for the 2025-2026 school year!
