Students in grades 9-12 are encouraged to compete in the American Legion Oratorial Scholarship program. The rules are available at www.legion.org/oratorical and also at www.nebraskalegion.net/Programs/Oratorical. The district winner will receive $100. Four area winners will be awarded $1500, $1000, $800, and $500 cash awards.
The district contest will be held Sunday, November 10, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. at Niobrara High School.

Chambers will be providing transportation for the 3rd-8th grade students that plan on attending the camp. The bus will leave right after school and return to Chambers around 6:30 PM. You can pick up your students at the activity entrance when they return to Chambers.
