CWC vs. Newman Grove/St. Edward Boys Basketball Game Update Saturday, February 21st @ Bartlett 1:00 PM - JV (2 Quarters) 2:00 PM - Varsity

CWC vs. Newman Grove/St. Edward boys basketball is postponed tomorrow, Friday, February 20th due to Newman Grove/St. Edward not having school. We are working on rescheduling the game for Saturday, February 21st. There will be more information to come tomorrow morning.

CPS will be hosting parent-teacher conferences tonight from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM as scheduled. Please use caution in traveling. If you are unable to attend, feel free to email teachers for progress updates.

We would like to express a heartfelt thank you to the family of Sue Burrell. Sue loved teaching and seeing students learn. She left a legacy at Chambers Elementary and made a difference in the lives of many students over the 40 years she taught here. Thank you to Brenda and Al Walnofer and family and Vincent and Denise Burrell and family for the donation to each classroom to buy books. The students loved picking out their own books and were so excited when they received them. We also enjoyed purchasing books for our classrooms to share with our students. Her memory will live on for years to come. Thank you again for your donation. Everyone deeply appreciates it! Mrs. DeVries, Mrs. Haburchak, Mrs. O'Malley and Mrs. Lambert.

Dr. Calkin from WSC visited this morning to work with our low brass students and the 7-12 band!

The Ag demo team was able to get some hands on learning experience yesterday to help them prepare for state. Thank you to Nick Waldo and BJ Kloppenborg for taking the time to work with the girls!

Intro to Ag students worked on floral arrangements for Village Market yesterday. We are thankful to be able to collaborate with local businesses to learn new skills!

Mason, Trevor, and Draeger have been busy in FCS. Yesterday, they made homemade sandwich bread. Today, they made their butter and peanut butter. Using those ingredients, they whipped up some grilled cheeses. 🍞🧈🥜
